THE OCCUPATION
STEPHEN: Hospitality is an ancient concept that always inspires us to
be polite and sensitive to people who are visiting our home from a
foreign land. The legitimate basis of all modern tourism is a positive
attitude of welcoming foreign nationals when they choose to visit
our homeland. This attitude takes a mind and heart that is intelligent,
reasonable, and civilized, recognizing the interactions of people
groups that have now extended, casually, to include all the nations,
to the ends of the inhabited earth.

In ancient times, we know that primitive attitudes and uncivilized
people groups could not reasonably interact with foreign peoples.
The scarcity of resources and the lust for power caused the
spontaneity of warlike tribal groups who spontaneously competed
for territory and natural resources. In this part of our discussion
with Elijah ben-David, the honorable representative of the Zionist
position, I will illustrate that the peoples of the Middle East have
been prepared by the Providence of Almighty God to welcome
visitors to the lands that are now the cause of issues for resolution,
under perennial and bitter dispute.

The original inhabitants of the Holy Lands were not the Jewish
people. The Jews were commanded by the respectable, but
primitive command of their leader Moses. The doctrine and attitude
of Dispossession became a standard excuse for the Jews to invade
and take lands from the native populations. This Dispossession
seems sensible, of course, to the Jewish people and those whose
bias is compatible with Zionist attitudes and goals.

Dispossession is a strategy of yesteryear; that phase in Jewish
history had its place in the continuum of human history. The logical
consummation of this history took the blessed Jewish people to the
lands called the New World, the colonies that were blessed by
Almighty God to become the great political corporation called the
United States of America. The apex of Jewish history was attained
to in the great cities of New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Los
Angeles. My argument tonight is that Zionism found its ultimate
home in the blessed lands of the USA. The Jewish people are guests
in the lands of the Middle East. The children of Abraham, called
Arabs and Muslims today, are the rightful, original inhabitants of the
lands of Palestine and all Middle Eastern territories.

The occupation of Palestine will yield to neither the well-meaning,
excessive devotion of militaristic Zionists nor the martyric violence
of militant Islamic jihadists. A new Spirit of civilization, centered in
the Land given to all the children of Abraham, will usher in an era
when peoples from all nations can flow into a New Jerusalem with a
positive excitement, with an intelligent camaraderie. The terrible
dominance of reciprocal hatred, ideological and religious militancy
and offensive violence will be superceded by the enforceable rule of
law. A 'World Without Zionism,' that is, the Zionism which is, at
once, secular and militaristic, is a world that will, indeed, be a better
world when the spiritual powers of judicious reason, compassion,
and peace have prevailed.

The sacred history of the Holy Land is to be appreciated by all
peoples who have come to know and understand the special
significance of the Palestinian territory. We know that peace is
attainable when and if the causes of violence are proactively
disarmed and neutralized. The weapons of jihad, and the weapons of
occupational Zionism, are to be reciprocally laid down by the
belligerents. A prophetic spirit of philanthropy and rational peace can
now flourish with the disarmament of both Zion's militarists and
Muslim jihadists.

May Almighty God bless this spirit of interactive, international
well-being. This new era will soon exhibit all the joy of living that is
intended by Our Lord for all peace-loving peoples. Should war break
out, if diplomatic efforts fail, we may all eyewitness the killing of
millions of innocents who were not the beneficiaries of modern,
intelligent, philanthropic civilization. We must behave as desperate
leaders who will make any reasonable compromise to secure a just
and lasting peace. With the comprehensive, command leadership of
civilized Europeans, Americans, Russians, Chinese, Semites, and all
the non-aligned nations in the majority of states, we have to rally
public opinion in order to make another war an impossibility for 21st
century civilization in the Middle East.

I urge that you listen to the statements made by our friend, Elijah
ben-David, whose devotion to Judaism, and particularly
Messianism, is beyond reproach. However, I am confident that
within the coming years we will persuade Elijah and his followers
that peace will never be realized in the Middle East as long as the
Zionists continue in the prosecution of the rightful inhabitants of the
lands of Palestine.

With a view to the Zionists' bravery and unashamed offensive
militarism against a weaker people; with a view to the unashamed
lust for lands that belong to their Abrahamic cousins, that is, the
peace-loving Arabs of Palestine; I offer the counsel of the great
Greek political philosopher, Aristotle:

"I count him braver who overcomes his desires than him who
overcomes his enemies."
ARISTOTLE

Thank You. My prayer is that Jesus, and Allah, and the Prophet
Mohammed bless all of us, now and forever. Amen.
